Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Mohit Vaghela (“we”) for using Twelvefold. By creating an account you agree to them. They're written to be read, so please do.

The beta

• Twelvefold is in an invite-only beta. You need an invite code to use it.
• It's free during the beta.
• The app is still being built, so features may change and things may sometimes break. Download a copy of your data from Settings now and then, if it matters to you.
• If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you at least 30 days before, and nothing will be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

Your account

• You must be 16 or over.
• An account is for one person. Use your own email address and keep your password to yourself.
• You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at mohitoneplus@gmail.com if you think someone else has got into it.

Your content

Everything you write in Twelvefold stays yours. You allow us to store it, process it and show it back to you, only so that we can run the service for you. We don't claim any other rights to it. The privacy policy explains how it's handled.

Using it fairly

Please don't:

• break the law with it, or use it to harm anyone;
• try to get into anyone else's account or data, or test or get around its security without our permission;
• overload it, or access it with automated tools (other than your own data export);
• share, sell or publish invite codes.

If you've found a security problem, please email mohitoneplus@gmail.com so we can fix it.

Not professional advice

Twelvefold helps you plan and track your own goals. It isn't medical, financial, legal or any other professional advice. Decisions about your goals, and what you do to reach them, are yours.

Ending your use

• You can stop at any time. Deleting your account (in Settings) removes it and everything in it straight away.
• We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Unless it's urgent or illegal, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to download your data.
• If we ever close Twelvefold, we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email, so you have time to export your data.

Our responsibility to you

We'll provide Twelvefold with reasonable care and skill. Because it's a free beta, it's provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. This is a personal planning tool. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Twelvefold develops. If a change matters, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before then.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
